摘要： 脂肪干细胞(Adipose Derived Stem Cells,ADSC)是从脂肪组织中分离得到的一种具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,能分化成为脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌细胞、神经细胞等多种组织细胞,很多因素参与这一过程的发生发展,现就脂肪干细胞的生物学特性及体外诱导分化的条件及影响因素进行综述。

关键词: 脂肪干细胞, 分化, 再生医学

Abstract: Adipose derived stem cells (ADSC), a type of pluripotent stem cells, are isolated from adipose tissue and can be induced into adipose cells, osteoblasts, cartilage cells, muscle cells, nerve cells and so on. Many factors are involved in this process. In this paper, the biological characteristics, the conditions and factors that related to the differentiation of ADSC were reviewed.
