摘要: 皮肤是雌激素在非生殖器官中最大的靶器官,绝经后雌激素水平的下降加速了皮肤老化。雌激素替代治疗(HRT)或局部应用雌激素,在治疗女性更年期症状的同时,可改善皮肤状况,使真皮中胶原量、弹性纤维和细胞外基质增加,进而增加皮肤厚度、弹性及保湿能力,减少皱纹,但其作用机制还有待于进一步的研究。我们就雌激素对皮肤老化的影响及其作用机制的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Skin is the largest target organ for estrogen among reproductive organs. During postmenopausal period, the decline in estrogen level accelerates the aging of skin. Estrogen replacement therapy(HRT) or local application of estrogen in the treatment of female menopause symptoms can improve the skin condition, which increases the amount of collagen and elastic fibers in the dermis and extra cellular matrix, thus improves the thickness, elasticity and moisturizing ability of skin and reduces wrinkles, but its mechanism remains to be further researched. In this paper, the effect of estrogen on the skin and the mechanism were summarized.
