摘要: 先天性颅颌面畸形是临床较多见的生长发育缺陷.长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是指长度大于200个核苷酸,无法编码蛋白的RNA.近年来,越来越多的研究表明,lncRNA在颅颌面的生长发育进程中有着重要的作用.本文对lncRNA与颅颌面发育及畸形的相关性研究进展进行综述.

Abstract: Congenital craniomaxillofacial deformities are common human growth and development defects. A long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is an RNA longer than 200 nucleotides that are not predicted to be translated to a functional protein product. Recently, an increasing number of studies have shown that lncRNA have a critical role in processes of craniomaxillofacial development. In this paper, the research progress of long non-coding RNAs in craniomaxillofacial development and deformities was reviewed.
