摘要： 目的 评估自体脂肪颗粒移植在面部轮廓整形中的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选取2013年5月至2016年5月行自体脂肪颗粒移植的70例患者,所有患者术中均通过肿胀吸脂术将皮下脂肪抽吸后经离心、提纯后均匀注射于面部各区域。回顾性分析其临床资料和随访期间并发症情况以及患者对治疗的满意度。结果 所有患者均顺利完成手术;术后随访6个月,所有患者均未出现脂肪液化、感染、坏死、硬结以及栓塞等并发症;术后1个月及6个月时患者满意率分别为94.85%和97.94%。结论 自体脂肪颗粒移植用于面部轮廓整形效果显著,手术成功率高,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial contouring.Methods From May 2013 to May 2016,70 patients treated with autologous fat granule transplantation were selected.Subcutaneous fat was injected into facial regions after centrifugation and purification process through subcutaneous tumescent liposuction.The clinical data,complications and the satisfaction of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results All operations were successfully completed;After 6 months of postoperative follow-up,no infection,fat liquefaction,necrosis,induration?and embolism were observed;The satisfaction rate of the patients were 94.85%and 97.94%at 1 month and 6 month after operation respectively.Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation is effective in facial contouring with high success rate and low complication rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
