摘要: 心肌梗死导致的心衰是威胁人类健康的主要心血管疾病,利用干细胞结合支架材料制备的组织工程心肌补片有望成为将来治疗心肌梗死的新希望。目前,关于组织工程心肌补片的研究众多,细胞和支架材料亦多种多样。本文对可能应用于组织工程心肌补片的种子细胞来源、支架材料以及影响组织工程心肌补片存活和功能的各种因素进行综述。

Abstract: Heart failure caused by myocardial infarction is the main cardiovascular disease that threatens human health.Tissue engineering myocardial patch prepared by stem cell combined with scaffold material is expected to become the hope of myocardial infarction treatment in the near future. At present, there are many researches on tissue engineering myocardial patches. The cells and scaffolds are diverse. In this paper, the various cell sources and scaffolds that may be used and various factors that influence the survival and function of tissue engineered myocardial patches were all reviewed.
