摘要: 心脏疾病为全球十大致死性疾病之一,严重威胁人类健康和生命安全。目前,治疗心脏疾病的方法多为姑息性疗法,我们亟待寻找新的更有效的心脏疾病治疗方案。近年来,p53在心脏疾病中的作用受到学术界广泛关注。p53作为一种转录因子,可通过抗血管生成、促进凋亡、调控自噬、阻滞细胞周期、调节代谢等途径,来参与心脏疾病的发生、发展和治疗。此外,p53在体外还可提高干细胞诱导分化效率、促进干细胞诱导分化的心肌细胞成熟。这些将有助于心脏疾病干细胞疗法的发展,故未来p53可能成为心脏疾病治疗的新靶点。本文对p53在心脏疾病的发生、发展、治疗中的作用进行综述。

Abstract: Heart disease is one of the top ten fatal diseases, which threats human health seriously. However, the most useful therapy for heart disease is palliative care. So, we need to search new treatments for heart disease. Recent years, more and more researches are focus on the role of p53 in heart disease. p53, a kind of transcription factor, plays an important role during the occurrence, development and treatment of heart disease via anti-angiogenesis, pro-programmed cell death, autophagy regulation, cell cycle arrest regulation and metabolism regulation. p53 can also promote the differentiation of stem cell and the maturation of cardiomyocytes derived from stem cells in vitro, which can help the stem cells to treat heart disease. Therefore, p53 may become a new target for the treatment of heart diseases in the future. In this paper, the effect of p53 in the occurrence, development and treatment of heart diseases was reviewed.
