摘要:

无论是实体器官移植(Solid organ transplantation,SOT)还是同种异体复合组织移植(Vascularized compositeallotransplantation,VCA),患者都需要接受长期的免疫抑制治疗,不仅会引发各种脏器的毒副反应,还可能威胁生命安全。间充质干细胞及其外泌体已被证实有助于控制急性排斥反应和诱导免疫耐受。本文对间充质干细胞及其外泌体在 SOT 和 VCA 中的应用现状进行综述。

Abstract:

Long term administration of immunosuppressive therapies is required in solid organ transplantation (SOT) and
vascularized composite allotransplantation (VCA). However, medication of combined immunosuppressants will result in multiple
organ toxicities, and even threaten lives. Mesenchymal stem cells and their exosomes are proved to be effective to control acute
allograft rejection and induce tolerance as a cell therapy. In this paper, the mesenchymal stem cells and their exosomes in SOT
and VCA were reviewed.
