摘要: 瘢痕疙瘩(Keloid)自发或继发于皮肤损伤,以细胞外基质(尤其是胶原)的异常沉积为特征,是人类特有的病理现象。瘢痕疙瘩具有超过原始损伤边界,向周围正常组织浸润性生长的特性,单纯的注射、手术切除、激光或放射等治疗后均易复发,被认为是一种皮肤的“良性肿瘤”。我们就近几年来瘢痕疙瘩浸润性生长机制的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Keloid is characterised by an abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix components (collagen in particular) unique to human being, which is usually triggered by skin trauma. It. Keloid is similar to benign tumor in its biological behaviors such as aggressive growth beyond the original boundary of skin injury and invasion into normal tissue. Keloid rarely regresses, recurs at a high rate after therapies such as surgical excision, intralesional steroid injection, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In this paper, the updated findings of molecular of keloids' invasive growth were reviewed.
