Effects of Media on the Proliferation and Differentiation of Bone Marrow Stromal Cells in Beagle Dogs

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of different media: α-MEM, DMEM-LG and RPMI 1640 on the biological behavior of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) in Beagle dogs, and provide the more ideal culture medium for BMSCs. Methods BMSCs derived from 6 Beagle dogs were harvested and grown in α-MEM, DMEM-LG and RPMI 1640 media respectively.
