Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of L-arginine used in the wound of mice with diabetes. Methods Type IDM mice induced by streptozotocin were used as the animal model. Seventy five male KM mice were used in this study and were randomly divided into group A (normal control, n=25), group B (diabetic control, n=25) and group C (diabetes with L- arginine administration, n=25).
