Abstract: Peripheral venous malformations are blue-purple color vascular dysplasia lesions at skin which located in head and neck, trunk or limbs of a man, subcutaneous tissue, mucosa or muscle. Although peripheral venous malformations are benign vascular malformation disease, they grow synchronously with physical development and can ’t regress spontaneously. What’s more, they always lead to appearance defects and dysfunction. Owing to the reasons above, peripheral venous malformations should be diagnosed and treated actively. In this paper, the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral venous malformations were reviewed.
