Abstract: Objective To explore the application of autologus dermis flap combining with other materials in rhinoplasty. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, according to the condition of the patient’s nasal, 31 cases received rhinoplasty using autologous dermis flap combining with silicon prosthesis and auricle cartilage, and the clinical effects were observed. Results The dermis flaps were survived in all the cases. Satisfactory and natural nasal shape was obtained. All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year. Only 1 patient got infection after surgery and healed after anti-inflammatory. The other patients were satisfied with the outcomes without complication. Conclusion Autologous dermis flap combining with silicon prosthesis and auricle cartilage for rhinoplasty can reduce the incidence of complications, like prosthesis exposure, and achieve natural nasal shape.
