Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of intense pulsed photon rejuvenation combined with hyaluronic acid dressing in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods From February 2016 to April 2018,96 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups:experimental group and control group.Patients in control group received intense pulse photon rejuvenation only.Patients in experimental group were treated with hyaluronic acid dressing on the basis of intense pulse photon rejuvenation.The differences in treatment efficiency,treatment satisfaction,burn pain,disappearance time of fine wrinkles and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fine wrinkles in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis with hyaluronic acid on the basis of intense pulse photon rejuvenation can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of extensive promotion.
