Abstract: Objective To explore the value and clinical significance of the tenon-mortise structure integral stent of autogenous costal cartilage in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery. Methods A total of 115 patients who underwent nasal comprehensive orthopedic surgery from August 2015 to September 2018 were treated with the tenon-mortise structure integral stent of autogenous costal cartilage. All patients were followed up for 6 months, the linical effect was evaluated and the patients' satisfactory was observed. Results The average postoperative recovery time was (7.2±1.5) days, and the mean synaptic height of nasal tip was (0.57±0.13) cm. The operation was successful in 113 cases (98.3%). After operation, 5 patients developed nasal tip swelling, and the symptoms disappeared after anti-inflammatory treatment and did not affect the effect of rhinoplasty. Satisfaction survey was performed, the score of nasal type was (8.4±1.5), the plumpness of inferior lobule was (8.2±1.9), the rotation degree of nasal tip was (9.2±2.3), nostril diameter was (8.7±2.3) cm. The total satisfactory rate was 93.9%(108/115). Conclusion The application of the tenon-mortise structure integral stent of autogenous costal cartilage in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery can improve the plastic effect and reduce the incidence of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
