Abstract: An important factor affecting the anterior teeth esthetics is getting the accurate three-dimensional position, besides selecting a good planting time and patients themselves.In computer-assisted implantation surgery,to reduce surgical risk and improve aesthetic effects,the digital template utilizes 3D techniques to simulate prostheses.Therefore,it can get the right direction and depth of the drilling. In this way it can avoid damaging important anatomical structures, so that it guarantees the accurate position. However, there are still problems with low accuracy. In this paper, the research status of digital template implantation in anterior teeth esthetics was reviewed.
