Abstract

Abstract: Objective To study on feasibility of dermabrasion in repair of deeply burned hands with the preservation of denatured dermis and auto-skin grafting. Methods 31 burn patients (62 hands) with deeply partial thickness and full thickness burn of hand. In dermabrasion group (31 hands), the wounds were treated by dermabrasion and grafted with auto intermediate-split-thickness graft with the preservation of denatured dermis by self-made abraded excision instrument.
