Abstract: Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from reprogrammed somatic cells, are totipotential cells similar to embryonic stem cells. Recently, iPSCs inducing technology has been promptly improved in methods of induction and differentiation in vitro. Consequently, iPSCs at different differentiated stages have been widely used in cell transplantation experiments. Here, the current researches of iPSCs transplantation were summarized, some novel methods comparing with the older one and some problems need to be resolved before iPSCs could be applied in clinic therapy were all reviewed.
