Abstract:

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne rosacea. Methods A total of 165 patients diagnosed with rosacea from 2019 to 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Among them, 85 patients in the observation group received traditional treatment combined with supramolecular salicylic acid and skin repair moisturizer. The control group of 80 patients was treated with traditional regimen. The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no statistical differences in facial spots, red areas and pores between the two groups (P>0.05), and after treatment, the above indexes were improved, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05) . The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.65%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85%, P<0.05) . The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 17.65%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (35%, P<0.05). Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with traditional drugs has significant effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of rosacea, and can be used as an adjuvant therapy for rosacea.
