Abstract: Perforator flap is a crucial part in the field of breast reconstruction,it has many advantages such as small functional damage of donor area,long-term stable aesthetic outcome and so on.Beside deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap,profunda artery perforator flap,thoracodorsal artery perforator flap,intercostals artery perforator,gluteal artery perforator and lumbar artery perforator flap are also commonly used in breast reconstruction.In this paper,the research progress of these perforator flaps in breast reconstruction were reviewed.
