    Skin tension plays a very important role among a series of factors in scar formation.The tension-reduced suture in scar plastic surgery is directly related to the prognosis of scar excision.Currently,a new type of tension-reduced suture named"fish bone tension-reduction suture technique"is adopted,which can provide effective,convenient and powerful tension-reduction effect during and after the operation,thus greatly reducing the risk of hypertrophic scar formation and achieving a fine line-like scar.

    An Experimental Study of a Biomineralized Collagen Electrospinning Scaffold for Guided Bone Regeneration of Calvaria Defect in Rats

    Objective To construct a composite scaffold with osteoconductivity and osteoinductivity by biomineralization,and to conduct a guided bone regeneration study on the critical calvaria defect of rats.Methods The collagen scaffolds were fabricated out of the swine typeⅠcollagen by electrospinning and immersed in simulated body fluid(SBF),then the inorganic components of SBF were deposited in collagen scaffold by biomineralization.After scanning electron microscope observation and physical and chemical properties test,rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were seeded on the scaffold material of biological collagen before and after mineralization as premineralization group and postmineralization group,blank control group was also set up.The biotoxicity was detected by Live/Dead staining,and the biocompatibility and biodegradability were tested after subcutaneous implantation into rat's dorsum.PCR,Western-blot,ALP and ARS staining were used to detect the effects on osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells in vitro.The osteoconductivity and osteoinductivity of mineralized collagen scaffold in vivo was tested in rat craniofacial defect model.Results After 4 weeks of mineralization,the mineralized particles increased obviously.According to the results of TGA and ICP,the inorganic substances,especially the amounts of calcium and phosphorus were increased.The biotoxicity test and the results of subcutaneous implantation showed good biocompatibility and biodegradability of the material.The results of PCR,Western blot,ALP and ARS staining revealed similar results,the ability of collagen electrospinning after mineralization was superior to that of premineralization group and the blank control group.In the calvaria defect repair test of rats,the new bone formation area,the percent bone volume(bone volume/tissue volume,BV/TV),bone surface density(bone surface/tissue volume,BS/TV),the number of trabecular(Tb.N),bone mineral density(BMD),the new bone formation area of mineralized collagen reconstructed calvaria were

    Objective To explore the feasibility of laser drilling decellularized trachea matrix(LDTM)inducing bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)for constructing tissue-engineered tracheal cartilage in rabbits.Methods LDTM was fabricated by laser drilling and decellularization technique.BMSCs were harvested from bone marrow of rabbits and cultured in vitro.After the expanded cells were seeded onto the scaffolds,the cell-scaffold constructs were implanted into the subcutaneous of rabbits.Gross observation,histological observation and quantitative evaluation of neocartilage test were carried out after cultured for 12 weeks in vivo.Results The cells were evenly distributed into micropores and surface of the scaffold,and the construct maintained the original tubular structure with a flexible white cartilage-like tissue.HE staining showed typical mature lacuna,suggesting the formation of mature cartilage tissue.Safranin-O staining showed abundant proteoglycan.Biomechanical and biochemistry analyses indicated that neocartilage was close to or even better than native trachea cartilage.Conclusion LDTM promote cartilage regeneration and can induce BMSCs to construct tissue-engineered tracheal cartilage in rabbits.

    Effect of JNK Inhibitor on the Synthesis of Extracellular Matrix of Chondrocytes

    Objective To explore the effect of JNK inhibitor(SP600125)on the synthesis of extracellular matrix of chondrocytes.Methods Rabbit ear chondrocytes were obtained and cultured,and the effect of SP600125 on cell proliferation was determined by CCK-8 method.Rabbit ear chondrocytes were inoculated into PGA/PLA scaffolds,and cell-scaffold complexes were constructed and randomly divided into 2 groups:experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,the cell-scaffold complex was cultured in DMEM containing 10%FBS and SP600125,and the control group was cultured in DMEM containing 10%FBS only.After 8 weeks of in vitro culture,the expression of cartilage-specific genes such as IGF,COLⅡ,COLⅣand TGF-β1 was detected by RT-PCR,and HE staining and Safranin-O staining were performed.Results Compared with control group,the proliferation of chondrocytes in the experimental group was significantly promoted detected by CCK-8.After 8 weeks of in vitro culture,the expression of cartilage-specific genes IGF,COLⅡ,COLⅣand TGF-β1 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Histological observation showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group had a low degree of maturity and a decrease in extracellular matrix secretion.Conclusion SP600125 can reduce the synthesis of extracellular matrix of cartilage.

    Dynamic Culture of Auricular Chondrocytes with L-Polylactic Acid Porous Microspheres in Vitro

    Objective To clarify the feasibility of PLLA and Cultispher G porous microspheres as an in vitro culture material for auricular chondrocytes,and to find a suitable microsphere scaffold for the three-dimensional dynamic culture of chondrocytes.Methods Aricular chondrocytes were isolated and purified from swine ear.P1 chondrocytes were inoculated on PLLA microspheres and Cultispher G microspheres,then cultured in a rotary cell culture system(RCCS).Growth of chondrocytes was observed on the microcarriers by using inverted and scanning electron microscopes.Proliferation rate of chondrocyte was measured by CCK-8 examination method.Relevant genes were measured by real-time PCR.Results Inverted and scanning electron microscopes showed chondrocytes could grow on PLLA microspheres and Cultispher G microspheres.Inoculation rates of chondrocytes were(37.67%±2.33%)and(73.67%±3.53%)respectively.Increasing fold of chondrocytes on PLLA microspheres was higher than that on Cultispher G microspheres after cultured for 21 days.Real-time PCR showed that PLLA microspheres maintained chondrocyte phenotype better than Cultispher G microspheres.Conclusion Compared with Cultispher G microsphere,PLLA porous microspheres are more suitable for three-dimensional culture of chondrocytes in vitro.

    Objective To explore the feasibility of robot surgery planning and simulation based on MATLAB software.Methods Eleven mandible models of patients were employed.Surgical planning was carried out in mimics software and multiple drilling paths were designed along the osteotomy plane.In the MATLAB software environment,the preoperative path planning was completed by using the straightline planning and interpolation at the middle point of the two endpoint line segments,and the trajectory of the automatic positioning and drilling of the osteotomy plane was simulated.The feasibility of the scheme was checked in the operation simulation.Results In the MATLAB software environment,the whole operation process was consistent,and the end of the hand of the UR5 robot arm completed the movement track according to the preset path,during which the movement was smooth and there was no jumping point.Conclusion The feasibility of automatic drilling of robots and operation simulation in MATLAB software is preliminarily verified.

    Objective To explore the in vivo viability of diced cartilage grafts after augmentation rhinoplasty by histological observation.Methods A retrospective analysis was done to the cases of augmentation rhinoplasty with diced cartilage grafts from January 2015 to December 2017.The reason for revision surgery was summarized and the diced cartilage grafts collected in revision surgery were analyzed histologically.Results The reason for revision surgery include overcorrection,visibility,displacement and dorsum deviation.Diced cartilage grafts collected in revision cases exhibited cartilage-like appearance.Histological analysis showed cartilage lacuna structure and abundant extracellular matrix accumulation.Conclusion Diced cartilage grafts exhibit original character in vivo after augmentation rhinoplasty according to histological analysis.

    Application of CPM in Rehabilitation for Postoperative Claw Hands after Burns

    Objective To investigate the application efficacy of continues passive motion(CPM)in rehabilitation for postoperative claw hands after burns.Methods Clinical records of 28 cases(41 hands)with claw hands were retrospectively analyzed from January 2017 to December 2018.All the patients were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy,while patients in observation group were given CPM on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.VAS,AROM and PROM of 2nd-5th metacarpophalangeal joint were compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,significant increment in AROM,PROM and significant reduction in VAS(P<0.05)were observed in the two groups.AROM,PROM in observation group were higher than those in control group at each time point(2 w,4 w,8 w),while VAS in observation group was much lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CPM can significantly reduce the pain during conventional rehabilitation therapy,improve patient compliance,accelerate the rehabilitation process,and achieve better results.

    Objective To investigate the effect of intense pulsed light(420 nm+560 nm)combined with needle free water light in the treatment of refractory acne.Methods From February 2017 to November 2017,90 patients with refractory acne were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45).The patients in the control group were treated with intense pulsed light(420 nm+560 nm),and the patients in the experimental group were treated by needle-free water light based on intense pulsed light.The pigmentation rate of the acne,the number of patients with acne in cheek,forehead and temple after treatment,the treatment efficiency and the number of patients with adverse reactions in the two groups were all compared.Results The pigmentation rate of acne in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients with acne in cheek,forehead and temple of the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light(420 nm+560 nm)combined with needle-free water light is effective and safe in the treatment of refractory acne.It is worthy of clinical promotion.

    The Effect of Action Research on Improving Health Education Ability of Nurses in Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

    Objective To analyze the effect of action research on improving the health education ability of nurses in department of plastic and reconstructive surgery.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,56 nurses in department of plastic and reconstructive surgery were selected.According to the convenient sampling method,all nurses were divided into 2 groups:the experimental group(n=28)and the control group(n=28).The regular education method was used in control group,while action research educational method was added in experimental group.Results There was no difference of health education ability between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the health education ability score,nursing ability score,nursing efficiency and communication skills of the experimental group were all higher than that of the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion By incorporating the action research into the nursing education of plastic and reconstructive surgery,nurses'health education ability score and nursing ability score are greatly improved,nursing efficiency is higher,communication skills are significantly improved,and it should be vigorously introduced.

    Analysis of Evaluation Indexes of Journal of Tissue Engineering and Reconstructive Surgery

    Objective To analyze the change of relative evaluation indexes of Journal of Tissue Engineering and Reconstructive Surgery in recent 5 years,and to analyze the existing shortcomings of the journal.Methods Based on the statistical data from the Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports(Core Version),the variation of total cites,impact factor,other-citing rate,fund paper ratio and other citing indexes of Journal of Tissue Engineering and Reconstructive Surgery from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed.Results During the 5 years,the total cites,impact factor,average cites and comprehensive evaluation scores of the journal showed an overall increasing trend,and the other-citing rate remained above 0.9,while the fund paper ratio and open factor showed a declining trend.Conclusion According to the evaluation index data,the current academic influence of the journal is not enough.In the future,it can be improved by focusing on the hot topics and strengthening the efforts of soliciting contributions.

    Earlier in the 1990s,direct injection of naked mRNA has been proved to be an approach to achieve the exogenous gene expression in vivo.However,the instability and high-immunogenicity of mRNA becomes the main challenges of further development and application of this technology.Recently,with the in-depth research of mRNA structure and the advancement of nucleic acid technologies,chemically synthetic modified message RNA(modRNA)has emerged as a newly-developed gene vector,featuring stability,low-immunogenicity and high expression of target proteins.Based on the related researches,the concept,structure,mechanism and research status of modRNA were concluded,and the advantages and flaws along with the potential improvement direction were put forward in this paper.

    Stem cells have the ability to regenerate and differentiate,and stem cell transplantation has been increasingly used in the treatment of diseases.In the experimental study of stem cell transplantation,stem cells need to be labeled in order to observe and trace their distribution and proliferation in the host.There are two main classes of cell labeling methods for molecular imaging:the direct and indirect labeling methods.The direct labeling is the direct introduction of labeling reagents into stem cells,and the indirect labeling is the integration of reporter genes into cells,and then detection of the gene expression products.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of stem cell monitoring technology and its research progress were reviewed.

    Perforator flap is a crucial part in the field of breast reconstruction,it has many advantages such as small functional damage of donor area,long-term stable aesthetic outcome and so on.Beside deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap,profunda artery perforator flap,thoracodorsal artery perforator flap,intercostals artery perforator,gluteal artery perforator and lumbar artery perforator flap are also commonly used in breast reconstruction.In this paper,the research progress of these perforator flaps in breast reconstruction were reviewed.
