Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of topical anesthetic compound lidocaine cream combined with ice compress on facial hyaluronic acid injection. Methods A total of 60 patients who were scheduled to undergo facial hyaluronic acid injections between April 2017 and October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups:experimental group and control group(n=30).Patients in experimental group were treated with topical compound lidocaine cream before injection and ice compress after injection, while the patients in control group were treated with ice compress after injection. The pain score and pain relief of the two groups were compared. Results The pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the pain relief level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The topical anesthetic compound lidocaine cream combined with physical cold compress in facial hyaluronic acid injection has a significant analgesic effect and is simple and easy to carry out, which is worth promoting.
