Perioperative nursing care of autologous costal cartilage transplantation for Binder syndrome

Abstract: Objective To explore the postoperative nursing of nasal deformity surgery based on autologous cartilage implantation. Methods Perioperative nursing was performed for patients with Binder syndrome treated with autologous costal cartilage transplantation, including preoperative psychological nursing, special nasal cleaning preparation, postoperative oral nursing and pain nursing, and the main points of clinical nursing were summarized. Results The patients recovered well postoperatively, satisfied with the surgical effect and smoothly discharged from hospital. Conclusion Strict observation of dynamic changes of patients' conditions and adequate, standardized and effective nursing are important guarantees for successful operation of such patients.
