Abstract: Autologous fat grafting can be harvested in sufficient quantity, with easy availability and high safety. It can be used alone/in combination with other nasal implants in primary/reparative rhinoplasty. In this paper, the progress of autologous fat grafting in rhinoplasty in the following aspects were reviewed, including nasal contour reshaping, skin texture improvement, edema and bruises reduction, scars and contractures treatment and facial balance enhancement.
