固体火箭发动机喷管两相流动下的热固耦合研究

摘要 考虑喷管各部分结构的传热特性和力学特性,结合喷管内颗粒流动情况,分析高温下喷管热变形的变化规律。结果表明:喷管结构对流固交界面及内部交界面处的温度有较大的影响;喷管的总变形量和轴向变形量沿轴向逐渐增大,在尾部达到最大值,径向变形量沿轴向先增大后减小再增大,在尾部达到最大值;两相流动使喷管的变形量增大。

Abstract:With the heat transfer characteristics and mechanical properties of various parts of the nozzle, and the particle phase considered, the thermal deformation variation of the nozzle at high temperatures is analyzed in the paper. The results show that the structure of the nozzle has a great influence on the temperature at the fluid-solid interface and the internal interface; the total deformation and the axial deformation of the nozzle are gradually increased along the axial direction, and the value maximizes at the tail, the radial deformation increases first, then decreases and increases again along the axial direction and reaches the maximum at the tail; the twophase flow has a great influence on the deformation of the nozzle, which is an increase in the deformation.
