摘要 作为美军布局空天战场的关键支撑,“星链”系统通过渗透“侦、控、打、评、保”等作战环节,将可能颠覆现有作战模式并打破未来大国间的能力平衡。为此,首先介绍了“星链”系统的基本属性、发展现状与能力特点,其次根据俄乌冲突战例研究其未来作战应用模式,并在此基础上分析“星链”对未来空天局势的威胁,最后提出针对性的新型空天防御技术,为“星链”影响下的空天安全建设提供依据。

Abstract:As a core technique for the US military's layout of the aerospace battlefield, the Starlink system will likely subvert the current operational model and break the balance of major powers by penetrating reconnaissance, command, striking, assessment, support and other operational links. This paper has reviewed the basic attributes, development status and capability characteristics of the Starlink system, analyzed its future operational application model referring to the Russia-Ukraine conflict cases, evaluated the threat of Starlink under the future aerospace situation, and proposed targeted new aerospace defense technology. It thus provides the references for the construction of aerospace security under the impact of Starlink.
