Abstract With the rise of comprehensive national strength and the expansion of national interest, our country is facing the growing security threats, especially the aerospace threats.(onsidering the current status and development of foreign air and missile defense systems, a development plan of air and missile defense system most suitable for our country is proposed to accelerate the set up of weapon system by combining the capability and power of military area with that of space area.
