Abstract On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the combat effectiveness evaluation of domestic weapons and equipment, and focusing on the characteristics of many influencing factors and a complex index system that is not easy to be quantified of the combat effectiveness evaluation of anti-radiation missiles,this paper sorted out the main aspects of the combat effectiveness evaluation of anti-radiation missiles and the relevant factors affecting the achievement of operational objectives. Then, this study confirmed the indicator system of Combat Effectiveness Evaluation and specified the weight coefficient of different levels for the indicator system using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Finally, an evaluation of combat effectiveness for anti-radiation missiles by Fuzzy-AHP was conducted.
