导管架滑移装船过程中驳船/码头滑道许用高差包络线研究

摘要: 滑移装船是目前海洋工程领域常用的深水导管架装船方式。在装船过程中保证驳船滑道与建造码头滑道齐平,避免导管架出现较大变形和剪力,对整个装船过程的安全实施有很重要的意义。基于导管架、驳船和码头滑道强度要求,对某导管架滑移装船过程中每一个施工步骤的驳船与码头滑道的许用最大高差进行了研究,得到了装船过程中的许用高差包络线,用于指导驳船压载方案的制定。研究结果可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract: Skidded loadout is the most common loadout method for deepwater jackets. During the skidded loadout of jackets, it is very important to keep the elevation of the barge skidway as close as possible to that of the fabrication yard skidway. Otherwise, large deflection and shear force will be induced in the jacket. Based on the strength requirements of the jacket, barge and yard skidway, the allowable deflection between barge and yard skidway is analyzed for every step of the jacket skidded loadout operation. Finally, the allowable deflection envelope of barge/yard skidway is produced, which will be the guideline for the development of the ballasting scheme of barge loadout. This research will provide reference for similar jacket skidded loadout projects.
