摘要: 针对深水半潜式钻井平台典型的结构安全事故或突发事件,阐明了深水半潜式钻井平台结构主要安全风险,建立了一套闭环的结构应急响应体系,包括应急响应前数据动态管理、应急响应机制、应急响应后事故跟踪等。针对典型事故,提出深水半潜平台结构风险应急响应分析内容及推荐方法。为平台结构的安全运营和风险管控提供技术支持。

Abstract: Aiming at the typical structural safety accidents and emergencies of deep-water column stabilised units, in this paper the main safety risks of platform structure are expounded. A closed-loop structural emergency response system is established,which includes dynamic data management before the emergency response, emergency response mechanism, and accident tracking after emergency response, etc. For typical accidents, the contents and recommended methods of structural risk emergency response analysis of deep-water column stabilised units are put forward. The proposed methods can provide useful guidance to the platform operators.
