低压气压缩机滑油乳化故障分析及处理

摘要: 低压气压缩机是低压气回收的关键设备。随着处理气量的增加,压缩机滑油出现了严重的乳化情况,影响设备的稳定运行。结合处理平台当前的低压气流程处理参数和设备结构,对低压气压缩机滑油乳化原因进行深入分析。通过现场取样化验和数据整合,发现滑油乳化的原因是流程处理中的低压气含水率高。在此基础上,进一步研究了造成低压气含水高的因素。通过采取降低低压气回收量、提高处理温度、加注消泡剂、降低涤气罐液位等处理措施有效降低了滑油乳化情况,并提出了下一步检修计划,为海上低压气压缩机滑油乳化故障检修提供了参考。

Abstract: Low pressure gas compressor is a key equipment for low-pressure gas recovery. With the increase of processing gas volume, severe emulsification of compressor lubricating oil occurs, which affects the stable operation of the equipment. Combined the current low-pressure gas processing parameters and equipment structure of the processing platform to analyze in depth the causes of lubricating oil emulsification in low-pressure gas compressors. Through on-site sampling and data integration,it was found that the reason for oil emulsification is the high water content in the low-pressure gas during the process. Based on this, further research was conducted on the factors causing high water content in the low-pressure gas. By taking measures such as reducing the amount of low-pressure gas recovery, increasing the processing temperature, adding defoamer, and lowering the liquid level of the scrubbing tank,the emulsification of lubricating oil was effectively reduced. The next maintenance plan was proposed, providing reference for the maintenance;of lubricating oil emulsification faults in offshore low-pressure compressors.
