摘要: 对“海洋石油111”FPSO柴油消防泵启动故障进行了系统研究,并分析了故障原因及改进途径。经过研究,发现对控制柜温度进行优化管理及定期维护保养可以有效减少故障次数,成功将季度故障启动次数降低至每季最多一次,极大地增强了设备的可靠性及FPSO的安全防护水平。对海洋石油平台消防安全问题的探讨,为相关领域提供了借鉴思路,该优化方案能为其他海上作业单位的设备管理带来有益借鉴。

Abstract: The startup failures of the diesel fire pump on the “Offshore Oil 111” FPSO were systematically studied, and the causes of these failures and potential improvement measures were analyzed. The research shows that by optimizing the temperature management of the control cabinet and performing regular maintenance, the frequency of startup failures has been successfully reduced to no more than once per quarter, significantly enhancing the reliability of the equipment and the safety of the FPSO. The discussion on the fire safety of offshore oil platforms provides a reference idea for related fields, and the proposed improvements offer insights for equipment management in other offshore operations.
