摘要:

为了保证高压油气系统管线能够安全无泄漏投产,高压有毒流体,可燃流体管道在普通强度试验检验完毕后,依据规范要求必须进行泄漏性试验.采用氦氮混合气体作为试验介质对管道进行泄漏试验,利用氦气检漏仪的高灵敏度对泄漏量进行量化,能够精准地完成管道的泄漏检测.

Abstract:

For safe production with no leakage on the offshore oil platform, the leakage test must be done after the hydrostatic test according to the correlative standard of the high pressure or flammable fluid system. The He-N2 test can measure the leaking amount accurately with helium leakage detector. This method has potential applications in the leakage detection of high pressure oil and gas pipelines.
