Abstract： There are many hydraulic actuators on one subsea Christmas tree. When the hydraulic actuators are turned on in sequence, mutual influence among the hydraulic actuators will happen and sometimes even lead to the generation of malfunction. In this paper, the software AMESim is adopted, the model of many hydraulic actuators on one subsea Christmas tree interfering with each other in the process of action is established and the simulation analysis is made on the interaction among them which leads to interference of normal operating conditions so as to improve the situation properly. The results show that increasing the size of the accumulator and increasing the oil supply pipe diameter of umbilical cable can improve or even eliminate the malfunction caused by the interaction among the hydraulic actuators. And then how to combine these two methods to save the economic costs and avoid the malfunction of hydraulic actuators is analyzed theoretically.
