摘要: 液化天然气(LNG)钢结构模块自重较大,建造期间会产生沉降,影响设备及管线安装精度。通过对不同地基上LNG钢结构模块进行周期性沉降观测,分析讨论模块累计沉降量及沉降过程特点。针对模块不同沉降,提出应对模块沉降的修正对策,保证后续标高测量精度。

Abstract: Settlement will happen in the field-assembly period on liquefied natural gas (LNG) steel modules as they are very heavy. The settlement will influence the installation accuracy of equipment and pipelines. Based on the periodic monitoring on the settlement of the modules which are fabricated on different foundations, the final settlement amount and the feature are found from numerical analysis. In consideration of their different performance, proposals are provided to deal with the settlement to ensure the elevation accuracy of pipelines and instruments installed on them.
