摘要: 海洋柔性立管是深水油气开采的核心装备之一,被誉为深水开发系统的“血管”。本文综述了海洋柔性立管系统的基本结构与发展历程,总结了国内外主要海洋柔性立管生产厂家的产品特点及设计技术。随着海上油气田开发不断走向深水,本文介绍的海洋柔性立管技术必将助力我国深水油气资源的自主可控开发。

Abstract: Flexible riser is one of core equipments of deep-water oil and gas exploitation. It is regarded as the “blood vessel” of underwater production system. In this paper, the basic structure and development of flexible riser system are introduced in detail. The design and production technology of the main flexible pipeline manufacturers are summarized. With the development of oil and gas field moving into deeper water, the technology of flexible riser in this paper will make contributions to the autonomous and controllable development of deep-water oil and gas exploitation in China.
