海上升压站导管架电缆护管一体化吊装工艺研究

摘要: 随着海上风电逐渐向深远海域推进,海上升压站导管架的尺寸和重量也越来越大,大型海上升压站导管架的电缆护管数量众多,安装难度大。如采用传统油气导管架电缆护管的安装方式,对项目工期和吊机资源需求产生较大影响。本文探讨了一种电缆护管与结构片一体化的吊装工艺,将结构和电缆护管同时吊装就位,并通过计算校核了不同工况下的结构强度及吊点局部强度。为风电技术向深远海域突破提供建造与施工技术基础。

Abstract:

As offshore wind power gradually moves towards the deep sea, the size and weight of offshore booster station jackets are also getting larger. The number of cable protectors of the offshore booster station jackets is large, making installation difficult. If use the installation method of traditional oil and gas jacket’s J-tube, the project duration and cranes will be greatly affected. This paper discusses an integration lifting technology of J-tube and structural piece,which lifts the J-tube and structure in place at the same time, and checks the structural strength and local strength of lifting points under different working conditions. Provide technical basis for construction of wind power technology to break through in deep sea areas.
