摘要: 水下生产系统是深水油气田开发的关键装备,由水上控制部分和水下生产设施两部分组成。为了确保水下生产系统海上安装完成后,水上控制部分可实现对水下生产设施的供电、监测、控制以及应急关断,投产前须对其进行联合调试。本论文以南海某气田水下生产系统为例,介绍了水下生产系统的概况,详细探讨了水下生产系统联合调试的目的、内容和工作流程。该项技术研究有助于打破欧美在该专业板块的技术垄断,加速我国海洋油气开发自主化进程。

Abstract: The subsea production system is the key equipment for the deepwater oil and gas development, which comprises of surface control equipment and subseainstalled production equipment. In order to ensure that the surface control equipment is able to monitor and control the subseainstalled production system during normal production and shut down, the production system where required after the subsea production system is installed offshore, the commissioning work needs to be completed prior to putting into production. Based on the subsea production system of a gas field in the South China Sea, this paper briefly addresses the subsea production control system, discusses the purpose, content and procedure of the subsea production system commissioning in detail. The research will help to break technological monopoly of American and European countries in the commissioning of subsea production system and independently develop the offshore oil and gas in our country.
