摘要:

海上平台采油过程产生大量伴生气.为了有效回收利用这些伴生气,以往常用往复式压缩机进行加压.通过国内某平台一实际项目,论述了螺杆式压缩机在该领域的应用.列举了螺杆式压缩机相比往复式压缩机的优势:螺杆式压缩机占用平台面积只有往复式压缩机的43.8%,质量只有往复式压缩机的40.2%.

Abstract:

Associated gas will be recycled during the processing of oil and gas on the offshore platform. The reciprocating compressor may be used for compression commonly. However, the screw compressor has more advantages compared with the reciprocating compressor. We describe the application of screw compressor based on a project on an offshore platform. The floorage of the screw compressor unit is about 43.8% of that of a reciprocating compressor unit, and the weight of the screw compressor unit is about 40.2% of that of a reciprocating compressor unit.
