摘要: 柔性管是深水油气田开发的重要水下设施, 其铺设作业是海洋油气田建设的关键环节。 垂直铺设是一种高速、高效的深水柔性管铺设技术, 已经在国内外深水油气田开发工程中得到广泛应用。 对比两种典型的水下柔性管铺设方式———水平铺设和垂直铺设, 分析了垂直铺设在深水柔性管铺设中的优势。 总结垂直铺设系统的分类及系统构成、结构与布局特点、设计建造厂商情况, 在此基础上展望了垂直铺设系统未来的发展趋势以及国产化建议, 以期为我国自主发展深水柔性管垂直铺设系统装备提供有益参考。

Abstract: Flexible pipes are important facility for offshore oil and gas development. Vertical laying technology is a high-speed and efficient method for flexible pipes laying operation, which has been widely used in deepwater development projects in the world. The advantages o fvertical laying in deepwater is analyzed by comparing the two typical laying methods for flexible pipes. The type and system components, structural and layout characteristics, and suppliers for designing and manufacturing vertical laying system are summarized. The future development trend and localization suggestions of vertical laying system is analyzed, which can provide a useful reference for the independent development of vertical laying system equipment in China.
