摘要: 惰气系统是海上浮式生产储油卸装置(FPSO)货油储存及外输作业的重要保障系统。该设备的国产化,对打破国外技术垄断、降低油田开发投资有着重要意义。对FPSO用双燃料直燃式惰气发生器国产化设备的结构设计、数值模拟、关键技术及中海油与厂家联合制造的国产化样机进行了详细介绍。该样机的研制有力地推动了惰气发生器国产化进程。

Abstract: Inert gas system can provide safe and stable oil storage environment for the cargo oil tank of floating production, storage and offloading unit (FPSO). The localization of inert gas equipment has great significance for breaking the overseas technical monopoly and reduce oilfield development investment.We introduce the structural design, numerical simulation and key technologies of dual-fuel inert gas generator localization and list the successful practice of the equipment prototype, which was jointly developed by CNOOC and equipment manufacturer. The manufacturing of this prototype is a big promotion for the localization of inert gas generator.
