海上风电导管架立式建造关键吊装技术

摘要:

海上风电导管架体型相对较小,且需要批量化建造,因而多采用立式建造工艺。然而由于该类导管架结构的特殊性,其在立式建造过程中会面临大量的高难度总装作业,当前缺少相关的吊装经验及工程案例参考。对此基于某 2000T 级大型海上风电导管架项目,介绍了该导管架立式建造的总装过程,分析了不同阶段的总装技术难点,重点提出了一种针对过渡段 TP 与上部导管架的一体式总装以及下部导管架先翻身后总装的整体吊装思路。实践证明,该思路可有效解决风电导管架总装吊点布置困难、组对难度大以及吊机性能需求高等一系列吊装技术难题,推动风电导管架的批量化建造,为后续同类型项目提供技术支持。

Abstract:

The offshore wind turbine jacket is relatively small and needs to be built in batches, therefore, it mostly adopts vertical construction process. However, due to the particularity of this type of jacket structure, offshore wind turbine jacket will faces a lot of hard lifting operations during its vertical construction process. Currently, there is no relevant lifting experience and engineering case for reference. Hereto, this paper based on a 2000T class large offshore wind turbine jacket project, introduced the general assembly process of this jacket, analyzed the technical difficulties of its assembly in different process, provides a lifting method for TP and upper jacket integrated lifting and lower jacket turn over lifting. Practice has proved that the method can effectively solve a series of lifting problems, such as difficult arrangement of lifting points, high difficulty of assembly and high requires of crane performance. This paper could help realize the batch construction of offshore wind turbine jacket and provide technical support for other similar projects.
