Abstract: With the development of China's economy， new energy sources such as natural gas have been gradually developed and utilized， providing greater strength for China's economic construction. Considering the nature of natural gas， the use of long-distance pipeline is usually involved to ensure the safe and stable transportation of this energy source. By connecting pipelines， the construction of the gas supply system is completed in order to effectively utilize this energy source. However， considering the consumption during transportation， it is necessary to conduct further research on energy-saving and consumption reduction technologies for natural gas long-distance pipelines， reduce energy waste， reduce transportation costs， improve utilization efficiency， and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
