Abstract: Based on the on-site actual design and operation data of the post installed lubricating oil coalescence separation system of natural gas compressors in offshore gas fields. The filtration performance of the filter element in the coalescence separation system under the same aerosol dust generation conditions is studied, and the influence of operating variables such as temperature, gas volume, and aerosol concentration on the stability of the filter element filtration performance is examined. The experimental results show that the larger the air filtration capacity of the filter element, the less affected the concentration and temperature on the filtration efficiency, and the better the stability of the filtration efficiency. When the amount of filtered gas remains constant, the lower the temperature, the less affected the change in aerosol concentration on the filtration efficiency, and the more stable the operation; The higher the aerosol concentration, the less affected the temperature change on the filtration efficiency, and the more stable the operation. This article can provide references for the operation control and optimization of coalescence filters in actual production of gas fields.
