Abstract: For the economical development of the marginal offshore oilfields, which are characterized by low-grade oil reserves and a shorter production period but nearby to existing production facility， this article will introduce the mobile offshore production unit for the purpose of implementing the economic development, while also providing guidance for the development of similar oil fields.
