Abstract: Living quarters are important components of offshore platform's topside. Appropriate construction technology of living quarters is critical for reducing the construction cost of offshore platform construction projects. According to the characteristics of living quarters such as large dimension, weakness of structure strength and complex cabin, taking a semi-submersible crane and pipe-laying vessel as an object, we study the integration technology and accuracy control in panel pre-fabrication, integration, and assembly phase, and analyze its advantages and precaution. Through the research, the construction efficiency of large living quarters will be improved, the assembly time will be reduced, and the construction cost will be saved.
