Abstract: Philosophy works as the feeding pot, and what translation is and how the translatology hierarchy is constructed develop together with philosophy development. It can be said that the property and intellectuality hierarchy of translatology is the indicative and presentation of what and how philosophy understands the world and man. “One Noumenon and Three Rings Translatology Hierarchy” initiated by Mr. Fang in 2006 adequately reflects the cognition property and construction of Modern and Contemporary Philosophy, i.e. it is an innovative presentation of the cognition property and construction of ontology, epistemology of Modern and Contemporary Philosophy. “One Noumenon and Three Rings Translatology” Hierarchy not only holds fast to translation ontology, following the prescriptive intellectuality hierarchy of translation understandings, but also derives the spirit and paradigm of complexity philosophy that complexity is the nature of the world, presenting the descriptive property of epistemology as well as Multidimensional structure and formation.
