摘要:
目的:探讨翻转课堂联合案例式教学(case based learning,CBL)与传统教学模式相比,提高神经系统体格检查教学中学生的学习能力和教学的效果。方法:选取2021级交通大学上海渥太华联合医学院临床医学本科生为试验组,采用翻转课堂联合CBL教学;以同院系2020级学生为对照组,采用传统的教学方式。分别从课程考核成绩、教师观察及学生反馈3个层面,比较2组的综合教学效果。结果:试验组在理论知识以及实践操作考核中的成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),教师观察试验组在课程中的整体表现、医患沟通以及专业知识的掌握程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组中的学生反馈满意度也更高(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂联合CBL的教学方式在神经系统体格检查教学中,较传统讲课模式有显著的优势,采用该教学模式能提高学生的学习能力和教学效果。
