黄色瘤患者胃镜表现 A：病例1。女性,51岁,胃窦单发黄色瘤,胃窦处有一大小约1.0 cm×1.0 cm×0.5 cm的隆起性黄白色斑块,质软;周围黏膜轻度充血、水肿。取局部组织3块送病检。B、C：病例2。女性,63岁,Hp阳性,胃底多发黄色瘤,伴胃窦慢性萎缩性胃炎,部分肠上皮化生。胃底处有多枚大小不一黄白色斑块,最大者约0.6 cm×0.5 cm×0.4 cm,质软,局部轻度隆起;周围黏膜轻度充血、水肿（B）。胃窦黏膜红白相间,局部黏膜呈颗粒状,有灰色肠上皮化生结节（C）

黄色瘤患者病理表现（×100） A：病例1。胃黏膜轻度充血水肿, 胃窦黏膜浅层及固有层可见多发泡沫细胞沉积,细胞核小且位于细胞中心,多呈椭圆形,无异型性,部分胞浆呈空泡状。B、C：病例2。胃底黏膜浅层可见团状聚集的泡沫细胞,细胞核小,位于细胞中心或周围,呈圆形或椭圆形,无异型性,部分胞浆呈空泡状（B）;胃窦固有腺体萎缩,胃黏膜上皮细胞被肠型上皮细胞替代（C）
