摘要:
神经系统罕见病诊疗难度大、患者负担重,为医学人文教育提供了重要契机。本文探讨将医学人文精神融入神经系统罕见病教学的策略与方法,旨在通过患者叙事、跨学科协作、开展伦理实践等途径,培养医学生的同理心和社会责任感,推动形成以患者为中心的医疗实践。教学中突出“患者价值至上”的理念,结合真实临床案例与卫生政策分析,引导学生关注疾病背后的个体困境,深化对生命尊严的理解,同时激发其致力于科研创新的内在动力。通过人文与专业的融合,提升医学教育的深度与温度,为构建更具关怀性的罕见病诊疗体系提供支持。
