摘要:
本文概述疝病的基本概念及其历史沿革。“无张力修补”概念的引入使得疝外科有了里程碑式飞跃,“腹壁功能”概念的建立则推动了疝外科的发展。介绍疝修补技术在我国的引入和推广,重点讨论中国疝外科修补技术的发展阶段,包括开放手术、腹腔镜手术和机器人手术,以及微创技术在疝修补中的应用和发展。指出应按腹壁疝的分型来选择手术方式以及腹壁重建的3R[修补(repair),组织结构重建(reconstruction),结构重塑和功能修复(restoration)]原则。还探讨材料科学的进展和日间手术模式的推广。
